Joy Conejos Zerrudo is a licensed Real Estate Broker, backed up with her 8 years experience in the real estate industry.
She joined her first venture in the business in 2012 as an Investment Specialist with one of the most prestigious developer Aboitizland, Inc. She got promoted after 2 months as a Team Leader. After two years, hired as a Sales Manager with Worldwide Central Properties, Inc.
In 2015, she joined as one of the Sales Manager pioneers of HT Land, Inc. - Mandani Bay Project. Had her first Top Seller Team award in December 2015. She got promoted as a Sales Director of the division Pacifico in 2017, handling 5 teams with 5 Sales Managers and a maximum of 10 Property Specialist.

I started Mandani Bay, which was my very first real estate project on December 2018. Though I had a rough start; not so long after I made my first sale. I started working at the age of 20 in the local television industry as a professional dancer which became my stepping stone to work abroad and perform in a 5-star Hotel.
The reason why I pushed to work at an early age was to prove my parents that I can help them in my own little way. And then I decided to stop and build my own family.
By then, I studied and pursued my college degree. I thank the Lord for His guidance because I was able to finish my Nursing course.

I know everything happens for a reason. After being a Hotelier for 5 years, I had an offer to go abroad. While waiting for my working Visa, I decided to try my luck in Real Estate Industry since one of my client encouraged me to do so.

I started in real estate business by 2015, working under a realty firm. It was my first job, and I remembered what I learned at school; when you work, you have to do it with passion and dedication.
During my stay there, I realized promoting a property to clients, isn’t an easy thing to do. Although I was gleeful with what I do, at times it will down on me that being a real estate agent is difficult. A year later of my tenure, something bad happened to our realty firm, due to mismanagement. Our firm got bankrupt and some of my receivables wasn't given to me anymore. I felt frustrated and sad but somehow grateful for the experiences, because I have done good service to my clients . With the closure of the realty firm, I said to myself, this is only a challenge that I need to surpass. I got myself then into working with other developers firms, from the help of my colleagues I met.
Here comes 2018 when my colleague and friend, Joseph, told me about Mandani Bay. And I applied on Recruitment Day. I was joyful when I got accepted and lucky enough to be part of this company. It has been my dream. Working here, it has given me possibilities to broaden my connection through roadshow. And changed the way I understand of real estate business in an investor’s perspective.
With the help and training of our division Pacifico: from our hardworking Sales Director Ms. Josephine; to our esteemed Sales Manager Mam Stef, who always encouraged us to do the right thing when dealing a business to client.
